Nathan Florian -  Operations Manager

As Lafayette Limo’s Operations Manager Nathan oversees all charter bookings and makes sure all arrangements are made and schedules are coordinated to ensure that a group’s charter event runs smoothly and on schedule. Nathan also oversees the garage staff and maintenance for our vehicles.

Nathan has grown up in the business working in various positions. Nathan has been on board full time for 10+ years assisting with private/public event transportation and managing and updating the vehicles & their maintenance. In his current position he looks forward to assisting clients & staff and continuing to update the vehicles in our fleet.

Amanda Florian - Office Manager

Amanda serves as acting manager with both Jeff and Rhonda out of the office. Her responsibilities (which are many) include managing office staff, wash crew, scheduling drivers as well as overseeing accounts payable, vehicle and health insurance, company wide payroll, workman's comp, unemployment and tax form filings. In addition Amanda engages in hiring new employees, employee reviews, arranges background checks and drug screens. Amanda strives to make Lafayette Limo your ride to relaxation.

Amanda has grown up in the business and when she was younger helped clean the buses and did little odds and ends around the office. In February 2003 she joined the family business full time as a secretary and began to apply her interest in business and accounting. She has studied Business Management at Ivy Tech Community College in Lafayette.

Amanda strives to keep Lafayette Limo customers satisfied with their services and to efficiently and accurately complete her job responsibilities. She enjoys working closely with her customers and is appreciative when they tell her how affordable Lafayette Limo’s prices are and how quick and professional their service is when responding to customer requests.

Amanda lives in West Lafayette with her three children Lucy, Levi and Luke, she spends her free time with her family playing softball, watching movies, and playing video games.

Donna Winchester - Administrative Assistant

Donna has been with us a little over 5 years and has established herself as a helper to all. Since Rhonda has slowly been trying to retire she has handed most of her responsibilities over to Donna who is also helping with supervision of the office staff. Along with that she is also, company auditor, scheduler of appointments, helping potential new employees with their applications and turning in all paperwork, she also is charge of maintaining all employee files, and taking care of advertising and donations. Donna strives to make Lafayette Limo a company with integrity and strong customer service.

Donna has been married for 39 years to the love of her life Randy. They have two grown sons with two wonderful daughters in law and a beautiful Westie named Gizmo. She and Randy live in West Lafayette and enjoy spending time with the family, traveling (especially cruising), visiting with friends and taking long walks.

Drivers & Technicians

Each of Lafayette Limo’s courteous and qualified staff of over 60 full and part time drivers are trained, insured and certified with their proper commercial license, ranging from a public passengers chauffeurs, to a class A CDL. Our driver’s goal is to make your trip as problem free and relaxing as possible.

Under the knowledgeable eye of our full time service technicians, our vehicles undergo routine inspections prior to each trip making sure they meet DOT standards for safety and cleanliness.
