Amanda Florian - General Manager

As General Manager, Amanda’s extensive list of responsibilities include managing office staff, scheduling drivers, and overseeing accounts payable, vehicle and health insurance, company-wide payroll, workers' compensation, unemployment, safety and compliance and tax filings. Additionally, Amanda is involved in hiring new employees, conducting employee reviews, and arranging background checks and drug screenings. Her goal is to make Lafayette Limo your go-to choice for a safe and relaxing ride.

Having grown up in the business, Amanda started out by helping clean buses and taking on various tasks around the office. In February 2003, she joined the family business full-time as a secretary, where she began applying her interest in business and accounting. Amanda has also studied Business Management at Ivy Tech Community College in Lafayette.

Amanda is committed to ensuring that Lafayette Limo customers are satisfied with their services. She strives to complete her responsibilities efficiently and accurately. She enjoys working closely with customers and is always grateful when they share positive feedback about how affordable Lafayette Limo's prices are and how quick and professional their service is.

Amanda lives in West Lafayette with her three children—Lucy, Levi, and Luke—as well as their beloved family dogs, Otto and Lucy’s dog, Gus. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, watching movies, doing puzzles, soaking in the beauty of the outdoors, and listening to music—whether at home or in concert. She also finds great joy in giving back through her church and serving with Celebrate Recovery. Amanda is her children’s biggest fan and spends countless hours cheering them on in their sports, outdoor adventures, and many other activities.

She has been especially blessed to be joined by her daughter Lucy at Lafayette Limo. Lucy began working part-time at the young age of 14, helping with office tasks. Since then, she has grown in her knowledge of the business and continues to mature, learning new aspects of the company to better support our employees and serve the community.

Nathan Florian -  Operations Manager

As Lafayette Limo’s Operations Manager, Nathan oversees all charter bookings, ensuring that arrangements are made and schedules are coordinated to guarantee the smooth and timely execution of group charter events. In addition to managing the garage staff, he is also responsible for overseeing vehicle maintenance and leading the team of detailers and technicians who work diligently to keep our fleet safe, clean, and ready for our customers. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence help ensure a reliable and high-quality experience for every passenger.

Having grown up in the business, Nathan has worked in various roles over the years. He has been with Lafayette Limo full-time for over 15 years, focusing on private and public event transportation, as well as managing vehicle updates and maintenance. In his current role, Nathan is eager to continue assisting clients and staff while overseeing the ongoing improvements to the fleet.

Behind the scenes, they help coordinate schedules and communicate with drivers to ensure every trip runs on time and as planned.

In addition to their customer service and logistical responsibilities, our administrative assistants also provide crucial support to management by assisting with tasks related to safety, compliance, human resources, payroll, tax filings, and more. They work hard as a team to ensure that both day-to-day operations and long-term goals are met with efficiency and accuracy. With their friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and commitment to excellent service, our administrative assistants help create a positive, well-coordinated experience for both our customers and our internal team from start to finish.

CHARTER DEPARTMENT

Our charter coordinators are dedicated to making your travel experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. From your initial inquiry to the completion of your trip, they work closely with you to plan every detail of your charter service. This includes providing quotes, helping you choose the right vehicle for your group, scheduling pick-up and drop-off times, and ensuring all special requests or logistical needs are met. Charter coordinators also communicate with our drivers and operations team to ensure everything runs according to plan. With their expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction, our charter coordinators are here to ensure your trip is well-organized, efficient, and tailored to your needs.

GARAGE & MAINTENANCE STAFF

DRIVERS

Lafayette Limo’s team of over 40 courteous and qualified drivers—both full-time and part-time—are the backbone of our airport shuttle and charter services. Each driver is fully trained, insured, and certified with the appropriate commercial licenses, ranging from Public Passenger Chauffeur to Class A Commercial Driver’s Licenses (CDLs), ensuring they meet or exceed all state and federal transportation regulations.

Our drivers are responsible for much more than just getting you from point A to point B. They prioritize passenger safety, punctuality, and professionalism on every trip. For our airport shuttle service, drivers adhere to precise schedules and assist passengers with luggage. In our charter division, drivers provide flexible, customized service based on each group’s unique itinerary, whether it’s a corporate event, wedding, campus tour, or private outing.
